What is the best thing for a very dry scalp/nervous itching problem? - do dry scabs on scalp indicate lupus
My scalp is very dry and it seems to scratch all the time, I even have a few places that are now scab. I am always digging in my head, so that it can be a little nervous, but I feel as if I was not always so I can afford more itching. Any help would be great. Thanks

The best treatment is Selson Blue (there is a version of the prescription, but it is stronger than the counter on the range and more expensive). I suffer from terrible eczema and it helps. The work on the hair, then a normal shower, then rinse it out. This gives you time to penetrate the scalp.
